Responsible for complete replacement and upgrade to the electrical distribution system for this client. Upgrade included design, procurement, and installation of all equipment and materials, including switchgear, cable tray, wire and cable, and conduit. Project included demo and removal of existing 3000A Switchgear and installation of new 2000 and 2500 Amp feeders to handle downstream requirements. Project completed over a 3-day shutdown working 24 hours/day.
Amarillo, TX
Complete turnkey power and control upgrade to the tank farm, production, and utilities areas of client’s 60 Year old electrical system. Included design and installation of new electrical service, installation of Nema 3R Walk-In distribution center, design and fabrication of all new control system, as well as installation, integration, and programming of all new HMI operator control stations.

Gummy Bear and Chocolate Line Controls Upgrades including Process Design, Fabrication, Installation, Integration, and Start-up. Included Operator Controls upgrades as well as SCADA system design and installation.

Complete Mechanical and Electrical Installation of State-of-the-Art Packaging System in client’s facility. Included Pouching Machines, Powder Handling Systems, Pneumatic Conveyors, Dust Collection and Vacuum Systems. Project included Installation of electrical power, control, instrumentation, and Ethernet control circuits.
